Hi, I'm Chelsea!  

I often joke that my love for weddings began at just three years

old—at my own parents' wedding. They were married on a boat

on the Fourth of July, and while the only thing I actually remember

is eating cake under a table, I like to think something about that

day sparked a lifelong love for celebrating people's biggest

moments.

​

Growing up, weddings were simply part of life. My mom was a

notary public at a beautiful resort on the Maine coast, and

because Maine notaries can legally perform weddings, she

officiated countless elopements each summer. I was lucky enough

to tag along for many of them as the unofficial photographer, videographer, and eventually a witness. I also spent years working at that resort—and other Midcoast Maine venues—watching incredible weddings come to life behind the scenes.

Long before I knew wedding planning could be a career, I was fascinated by the details that made each celebration unique.

​

I discovered my love of planning in high school, but it wasn't until I was pursuing my MBA in 2013 that I realized I could turn that passion into a business. After graduating in 2015, I returned to Maine and accepted my first official wedding and events position at a charming oceanside inn.

​

Looking back, every job I had along the way prepared me for this career. Working in restaurants, hotels, and customer service taught me how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems before they became emergencies, communicate clearly, and create meaningful experiences for people. Those lessons have become the foundation of how I serve every couple.

​

Then life took me on an adventure.

​

I met my husband, Andrew, who proudly serves in the United States Coast Guard. Military life has moved our family from the rocky coast of Maine to the Texas coast, then the low-country of South Carolina, now the Hampton Roads region of Virginia, and wherever the next set of orders may lead. Along the way we've welcomed three amazing children, and they've taught me just as much about flexibility, patience, and finding joy in the unexpected as wedding planning ever could.

Today, I have the privilege of combining a lifetime love of weddings with years of professional experience to help couples enjoy one of the most meaningful days of their lives.

​

My goal has never been simply to plan beautiful weddings. It's to create an experience where you feel heard, supported, and completely at ease. I want you to be fully present—to soak in every laugh, every happy tear, every hug, and every unforgettable moment—knowing someone else is quietly taking care of the details.

Because at the end of the day, your wedding isn't about a perfectly timed timeline or flawlessly folded napkins.
