She currently offers two different guides for DIY wedding planning as well as complete consulting services - DIY guides are included with all complete and day-of wedding services booked; descriptions and prices are below. At the end of the day, no matter what type of event you are planning Chelsea is happy - and excited - to help you. Every event deserves to be special and, of course, every event is unique.

The Wedding Planners Guide to Your DIY Wedding

What it is: A non-customized, extensive 110 page guide to planning your event.

​​

What it includes: A generic timeline of what vendors need to be contacted and when as well as when other aspects of your event should be done, detailed information on each vendor type, information on other event and decor related vendors or inclusions, printable forms with questions for each main vendor type, and sample day-of timelines.

Price: $75.00 for PDF version//$100.00 for printed and mailed version

Add personal consultation by telephone or video conference: $50.00 for first hour, $30.00 per hour after the first hour

Add customization after purchase: $200.00

Custom Wedding Planners Guide to Your DIY Wedding

 

What it is: A customized, extensive 110 page guide to planning your event. Customization done through an included one hour consultation.

What it includes: A timeline of what vendors need to be contacted and when they need to be contacted based on your timeline (as well as the same for other aspects that may be included in your event), average pricing schemes for at least 5 of each type of vendor in your desired location, reviews of those local vendors, personalized recommendations on other "smaller" wedding aspects, and sample day-of timelines based on your event desires.

Price: $175.00 for PDF version//$200.00 for printed and mailed version

Additional consultation by telephone or video conference: $50.00 for first hour, $30 per hour after the first hour

Adjustment of customized guide after guide has been completed: $75.00

Coordination and Consulting

If you are interested in hiring Chelsea to be your wedding coordinator

the following options are available:​

Consulting via telephone, email, and video conference 

Price: $1,000.00

This includes:

     * Unlimited emails between client(s) and coordinator

     * 10 hours of telephone or video conferencing with the event hosts

     * 8 hours of telephone, video conferencing, and/or email communication with the chosen event vendors

     * 6 hours of other coordination related activities such as vendor research, budget and vendor payment organization, and timeline generation

Should additional hours be required this will be discussed with the event hosts and will be billed according to the fees set out prior to contract signing

Full Coordination in person within 50 miles of Charleston, SC

Base Price: $2,000.00

This includes:

     * Unlimited emails between client(s) and coordinator

     * Telephone, video conferencing, or in person meetings with the event hosts and event vendors

     * Other coordination related activities such as vendor research and organization

     * Travel leading up to and including the wedding weekend for any in person

       meetings with wedding hosts or vendors

     * Ceremony Rehearsal

     * Timeline Assistance and Creation

     * Day-of coordination included: decor set-up, vendor coordination, timeline management, guest organization, assisting with the processional for the ceremony, and decor take-down.

All communication and meetings included in this offering has a specific hourly component, this will be discussed prior to contract signing. Should additional hours be required this will be discussed with the event hosts and will be billed according to the fees set out prior to contract signing

​

Any additional travel required beyond the contracted amount will be billed at the IRS 2024 mileage rate of $0.67 per mile

Day-of Coordination in person within 50 miles of Charleston, SC

Starting Price: $1,200.00

This includes:

     * Unlimited emails between client(s) and coordinator

     * Telephone or email communication to vendors the week of the wedding

     * Travel for the event

     * Full day availability - 12 hours - the day of the event

     * Day-of coordination included: decor set-up, vendor coordination, timeline management, guest organization, assisting with the processional for the ceremony, and decor take-down

Additional services that may be required include: table and chair set-up, ceremony set-up, table and chair take-down, ceremony rehearsal prior to day-of, and set-up prior to the day-of. Fees for these add ons are at the bottom of this page.

​

All communication included in this offering has a specific hourly component, this will be discussed prior to contract signing. Should additional hours be required this will be discussed with the event hosts and will be billed according to the fees set out prior to contract signing

​

Any additional travel required beyond the contracted amount will be billed at the IRS 2024 mileage rate of $0.67 per mile​

Full Coordination in person including long distance travel

Base Price: $2,000.00 + Price of roundtrip ticket/mileage from Charleston, South Carolina to event location (and accommodations if applicable)

This includes:

     * Unlimited emails prior to the event

     * Telephone, video conferencing, or in person meetings with the event hosts and event vendors

     * Other coordination related activities such as vendor research and organization

     * Long weekend commitment to travel to the event location, generally Wednesday to Monday

     * Ceremony Rehearsal

     * Timeline Assistance and Creation

     * Day-of Coordination included: decor set-up, vendor coordination, timeline management, guest organization, assisting with the processional for the ceremony, and decor take-down.

All communication and meetings included in this offering has a specific hourly component, this will be discussed prior to contract signing. Should additional hours be required this will be discussed with the event hosts and will be billed according to the fees set out prior to contract signing

Additional Add-Ons

 * If your venue does not set up or take down tables and chairs for the reception for you this service can be added to the day-of for $400.00

        - If ceremony chairs need to also be set up and taken down this is an additional $150.00

 * If you will need chairs moved from the on-site ceremony location to the on-site reception location and it is not offered by your venue this can be added to the day-of for $150.00 

        - Please note that additional fees may apply for moving chairs between locations if your

        event has a guest count of more than 75 and/or based on the distance between ceremony

        and reception locations at the property

​

For clients booking only day-of coordination, the following add-ons may be applicable:

 * Set up required any day prior to the event is an additional $300.00

 * Ceremony rehearsal the day prior can be added for $150.00 

        - This includes directing the bridal party and any other ceremony participants for

        processional and recessional and giving cues to the ceremony musician or DJ for song

        changes

  * Timeline assistance and/or creation $250.00

​

* The decision to accept a complete planning event is at the discretion of the coordinator and will involve free discussion of the event prior to any contracts are drawn up

* Likewise, complete planning for any event is subject to availability depending on the date that is chosen by the wedding hosts

* Any additional fees that need to be added on to either package will be discussed prior to execution (this may include additional hours, additional mileage, or - if doing an in person event - the addition of accommodations depending on the distance and location.
