I highly recommend Chelsea as a wedding planner! She is so sweet and accommodating and was a true teammate for me as I planned my Charleston wedding. Leading up to the wedding, she was insightful and available to help me with all my questions and concerns. On the day of the wedding, she killed it! Somehow she was everywhere all at once helping people, but not bothering my finance and I. I'm so glad we went with Chelsea as our wedding planner!

In 2020, we looked for a wedding coordinator who could help us remotely as we moved and then join us to manage the big day. We were thrilled to connect with Chelsea as we planned our dream Maine wedding. When Covid hit, she deftly guided us through postponing things to 2021. It was bittersweet but worth the wait! I really appreciated how she'd message me to check my stress level or any concerns. It was a personal touch that was truly reassuring. If you are looking for a wedding planner or event coordinator, LOOK NO FURTHER!

We booked Chelsea to be our day of wedding coordinator for our November 2020 wedding. She came and she conquered! From day one of contacting her, she was so amazingly helpful and sweet. Chelsea was always very prompt with replying to my hundreds of questions and concerns, regardless of how annoying or ridiculous they may have been.

On the day of our wedding, Chelsea arrived early morning and got to work immediately on whatever needed to be done. We did not have our wedding at a traditional venue, it was more of a backyard wedding, meaning we had to bring and set up all of our own tables, chairs, and decorations. There was a ton of stuff to set up before our guests arrived and Chelsea worked hard to make sure everything was done and perfect and never complained once!

She went above and beyond with everything we expected of her and then some!

My absolute favorite thing about Chelsea was that I felt that she truly cared about our wedding through the entire process and she did everything in her power to make sure our day was perfect. I could not have asked for anyone better as a coordinator and would choose her again in a heartbeat!

Chelsea made everything so easy to do. We dropped all the decor off on Thursday. She and her staff set up everything beautifully, handled the timing of everything well and helped with the rehearsal and getting ready. The room where we got ready was set up beautifully and anything I asked for was done well! Chelsea was always there immediately when I emailed, sent a text or called. I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Most of all she made everything so easy on me that I never got stressed!
